The Performance Metro Club is for drivers of Rovers range of performance Metros, from the A-Series MG and GTa to the K-Series GTi and group B 6R4. The club is fully supported by the Rover group.
So, whether you are an enthusiast for all things motoring or just want to get more out of driving your performance Metro, this is definitely the club for you. So what does annual membership offer you? A wide range of activities and money saving offers. These include discount on parts and labour charges at various selected Metro centres, reduction on entrance prices at various motor museums and discount at motor sport centres. You can even save money on your car insurance with Adrian Flux performance insurance. You will receive regular copies of the club's quality newsletter and bulletin`s - bringing you news, views, features, special offers, members cars, help and technical advice. The newsletter & bulletins are designed to keep you in touch with other members and provides ideas to get more out of your Metro motoring; it also looks behind the scenes at all things Metro - including all the racing, rallying & Metro motor sport teams. Area representative's have been set up in most areas of the UK, with club members getting together in their home locality for social gatherings and sporting activities The only requirement for membership is that you drive a car from Rover's performance Metro range, including the following:- A Series - MG, MG Turbo, Sport, GTa, Advantage. K Series - GTa, 1.1S (93 on), 1.4Si, GTi & Cabriolet. Rover 100 - 114 GTa, 114 GSi & Cabriolet. Other - Metro 6R4 If you do not own one of the above, but are planning to modify your standard Metro, you are also be eligible.
